This is the sign up for volunteers for the Craft Fair. We will need volunteers for the evening of Friday 10/6 and all day on Saturday 10/7. The craft fair is one of our biggest fundraisers of the year. Almost all of the volunteer spots will have a couple of the Marching Band students helping. Parents are there to manage the sales and money. This day is a lot of fun! Thank you for helping out!
If you have a dolly, rolling cart, wagon and/or easel for us to use, please bring Friday evening at 5:15pm and have them labeled with your name and phone number. They will be available to pick up Saturday evening after the craft fair.
Volunteers will help set up Friday evening. Times are from 5-9:30 pm. We will need help taping the floors in the gyms and commons to outline where each of the vendors will be located. The taping needs to be completed by 7pm. At 7pm, the vendors will start arriving to set up their area. We also need to set up the book sale, bake sale, registration table, concession stand, etc. Thank you in advance for all of your help!
